EMMANUEL-BRINKLOW SKYBLAZERS

Emmanuel-Brinklow Skyblazers is one of the most active Pathfinder clubs in the greater Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area.

For those who know, “Pathfindering” conjures up images of marching, camping, curious hobbies, bugs, and bats. Enlarging their windows on the world and building a relationship with God are the dual objectives of this club designed for youth ages 10-16.

With nearly 2 million members around the world, this Seventh-day Adventist Church-sponsored club accepts any boy or girl who promises to abide by the
Pathfinder Pledge and Law. The program provides an outlet for the spirit of adventure and exploration. Examples of Pathfinder activities include camporees, fairs, craft study, nature exploration, Bible study, witnessing projects, field trips, bikeathons, and many other interesting adventures.

To join the Brinklow Skyblazers, contact Darryck Farmer via email: Air4ce1@verizon.net or phone: (301) 482-0623 or Reggie Williams at homecrew4@hotmail.com. 2009 Pathfinder Day –  Brinklow Skyblazers Pathfinder Day is
November 14. Help us celebrate the way God has led our Pathfinders and Adventurer and Eager Beaver Fireflie Clubs at 11:00 a.m. worship services.

Support the Pathfinder Food and Clothes Drive - The Skyblazers are sponsoring a food and clothes drive during the fall and winter months of November 2009 through March 2010. They have partnered with the women and children’s shelter, Carroll House men’s shelter, and Manna. You can support this effort by donating healthy non-perishable food items, hygiene products, and warm clothes and coats for men, women, and children. Receptacles for donations can be found in the lobby and fellowship hall each Sabbath and each Wednesday during prayer meeting. Please help the Pathfinders as we try to bring help and hope to a person in need, right here in our community. FMI, email
Air4ce1@verizon.net.
