REFLECTION DRAMA MINISTRY — Introducing Brinklow's new drama ministry! EFFECTIVE EXERCISE CLASS — Exercise classes, sponsored by our Parish Nurses Team, meet on Sundays, from 8:30 a.m.   9:30 a.m.; and on Wednesdays, from 6:00 p.m.  7:00 p.m.  Our instructor is Michael Acham, Certified Personal Trainer.  FMI, contact Betsy Johnson, Parish Nurse, at 301-672-9257.

WANT TO KNOW YOUR SABBATH SCHOOL LESSON IN DETAIL? Get it first-hand every Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. - 10 a.m.  Our special conference call number is: 1-661-673-8600. SEASONED CITIZENS MID-DAY PRAYER MEETING will take place this Wednesday at 12:30 p.m., in the Fellowship Hall.  Come enjoy a good meal and a word from the Lord.

YOUTH PRAYER MEETING — ALL Youth are invited to come out every Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. for their very own Youth Prayer Meeting.

MID-WEEK PRAYER SERVICE — Everyone is invited to join us on Wednesday evenings, from 7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. in Wills Chapel sanctuary, as we study Ellen G. White’s, Ministry of Healing.  You will not want to miss these studies of important truths as we continue to prepare for our Savior's soon return.

LOOKING FORWARD


TRIP TO SIGHT AND SOUND TO SEE JONAH – June 12:  All at Brinklow are invited to travel to Sight and Sound to see the astonishing dramatic presentation of Jonah on Tuesday, June 12.  The price includes entry to the production, bus transportation, and a wonderful meal. $91 for adults, $80 for 13 to 18, and $70 for 3-12, with the funds due by May 20.  The trip is being sponsored by the Metro church and co-sponsored by Brinklow’s Young at Heart.  It is a wonderful show.  The S&S website is http://www.sight-sound.com/WebSiteSS/home.do.   Call Mrs. Geri Cabbagestalk, 410.964.2286 right away.

CELEBRATING MOTHERHOOD — All are invited on May 12th , as we celebrate and honor mothers as God’s gift to humanity.  Where would we be without mothers? Biological, surrogate, adopted, or selected.  We value and appreciate all that they do.  We invite you and your family to join us for this special program as we salute motherhood, beginning with a special breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Hope to see you here!

LOOKING TO IMPROVE YOUR MEMORY AND SLEEP  QUALITY?  If so, you may qualify for a research study going on at George Mason University. The research study is called “MEMORIES" and the purpose of the study is to determine the effect of treating sleep apnea which may preserve memory function.  This trial is actively recruiting adults age 55-89 to participate.
